What Is Included in a Standard House Cleaning Service?

A standard house cleaning includes all of the major areas of your home, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, dining rooms, and living room. Other rooms are quoted separately as well as cleaning of windows and glass doors. 

Each service includes vacuuming all carpets, rugs, and flooring. Cleaning of tile, wood, vinyl, and laminate floors. All floors will be cleaned according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Surfaces are also dusted, wiped, and cleaned. All furnishings, counters, entrances, and décor are included.

 

Cleaning and Dusting

• Cleaning and mopping of all floors

• Dusting of shelves, furniture, and decor 

• Window ledges and blinds

• Cleaning and dusting of all lamps, light switches, light fixtures, and ceiling fans

• Cleaning of all doors, door handles, and doorframes 

• Cleaning of all glass surfaces

• Removal of cobwebs

• Emptying and cleaning all garbage bins

Vacuum

• Upholstered Sofas and scatter cushions 

• Wall-to-wall carpets

• Loose mats and carpets

• Hard floors

Bedrooms

• The bed will be made 

• Clean linen must be provided if a linen change was requested

Bathrooms

• Toilets will be cleaned and disinfected
• Showers and bathtubs will be cleaned and mold removed
• Clean towels will be hung if provided
